  • Monday Night MTB Urban Assault

Every Monday 6:30 from Beer30 San Marco ***THIS RIDE WILL RESUME ON NOVEMBER 4, 2024***

Monday night urban assault is a ride that is about 16 miles long, about 12 sprint sections, with recovery pace (15-18mph), between sprints. Each sprint section is through a neighborhood (21-26mph), and many can be skipped if you are struggling to keep up. This is a fast paced ride on mountain bikes. We encourage riders to join us, but expect to put in an effort or you will be riding solo. Download the route and use it to skip sections if needed.
