Todd Addicott
SORBA Jax PresidentAs President of SORBA Jax, Todd Addicott leads the vision, partnerships, and execution behind trail development across Northeast Florida. He has been instrumental in securing grants and funding, establishing the lease for Trek Trails, the region’s first new trail system in decades, and building and leading the annual Jax Killer Cross races. With strong ties to NICA, he is a driving force behind getting more kids on bikes and bringing more families outdoors, reflecting his deep commitment to trail stewardship and community growth.

Chris Witt
SORBA Jax Vice PresidentAs Vice President of SORBA Jax, Chris Witt combines his love for the outdoors with a hands-on approach to trail advocacy. After years of service as an at-large member, he continues to champion trail growth and expand access to outdoor recreation across Northeast Florida.

Ryan Johnson
SORBA Jax Director of TrailsAs Director of Trails for SORBA Jax, Ryan Johnson oversees trail building, maintenance, and operations across all six local trail systems, working closely with the Trail Bosses to keep the trails running smoothly. He also serves as a Trail Boss at Trek Trails, Northeast Florida’s newest trail system, and brings a hands-on mechanical engineering background to his work with heavy equipment and trail development. A long-time SORBA Jax member, Ryan has supported the organization in multiple roles over the years, consistently driving trail progress forward.

Hector Sanchez
SORBA Jax TreasurerAs Treasurer of SORBA Jax, Hector Sanchez brings more than 25 years of public accounting experience as a CPA, with a focus on nonprofit organizations. Originally from Puerto Rico, he is a passionate mountain biker who rides locally and throughout the Southeast, including North Carolina, Georgia, and South Carolina, with a particular love for downhill riding alongside the Jacksonville cycling community.

Pascale Head
SORBA Jax Director of MediaAs Director of Media for SORBA Jax, Pascale Head leads storytelling, video production, and communications that showcase the organization’s trails, events, and community impact. An active SORBA Jax member since 2014 and board member for the past several years, she brings more than 20 years of journalism experience to shaping how the organization’s voice is shared.

Catherine Longmire
SORBA Jax Director of Youth ProgrammingAs Director of Youth Programming for SORBA Jax, Catherine Longmire leads efforts to introduce and grow mountain biking for the next generation of riders. A professional mountain bike coach and founder of Between the Trees MTB, she is passionate about getting kids on bikes and building confidence, skills, and lifelong love for the sport through safe, accessible trail experiences.

Jonathan Powell
SORBA Jax At-Large Board MemberAs an At-Large Board Member for SORBA Jax, Jonathan Powell has been actively involved with the organization since 2010, including previously serving as the chapter’s second president. A lifelong off-road rider with over 30 years of experience, he continues to support the growth and stewardship of local trails across Northeast Florida.

Troy Mayhew
SORBA Jax At-Large Board MemberAs an At-Large Board Member for SORBA Jax, Troy Mayhew is one of the organization’s founding board members and has helped shape its direction since 2010. A lifelong mountain biker since 1993, he has been a fixture in the local riding community and has carried his passion for the sport since his first ride in Moab in 1994.

Sandy McArthur
SORBA Jax Sergeant at ArmsAs Sergeant at Arms for SORBA Jax, Sandy McArthur plays a key role in supporting both trail operations and organizational logistics. A versatile, hands-on contributor, he brings experience in forestry, heavy machinery, live-stream production, volunteer trail work, and digital and communications support, helping keep both on-the-ground projects and day-to-day systems running smoothly.

Hanna Park Trail BossAs Trail Boss for SORBA Jax at Hanna Park, Bob Geib leads the maintenance and care of one of the region’s most well-loved trail systems. A longtime local rider and founding member of 904XC, he brings a racer’s perspective and a roll-up-your-sleeves mentality to keeping his “home trails” fast, fun, and ride-ready for the community.

Tillie Fowler Trail Boss(es)As Trail Boss for SORBA Jax at Tillie Fowler Park’s jump lines and jump pit, Robert Roman has led the progression of this area for many years. Under his leadership, the jumps have continued to evolve, creating a dynamic space for riders to build skills and push their limits.
As Trail Boss for SORBA Jax at Tillie Fowler Park’s XC trails, Brian Feist helps lead the maintenance and growth of the park’s cross-country trail system. A newer rider with a strong work ethic and builder’s mindset, he brings energy and dedication to supporting the trails and the community around them.

Nocatee Trail BossAs Trail Boss for SORBA Jax at Nocatee, Mike Kavanaugh brings a lifelong passion for mountain biking and a service-driven mindset shaped throughout his Navy career. With a professional background in environmental science and entomology, he offers a unique perspective on land stewardship and outdoor systems while helping maintain and grow the Nocatee trail system for riders of all levels.

Black Creek Trail BossAs Trail Boss for SORBA Jax at Black Creek MTB Trails, Alan Anderson helps lead the upkeep and day-to-day stewardship of the trail system while keeping it running smoothly for the local riding community. Based in Clay County, he stays closely connected to both the trails and local government partners, supporting ongoing coordination and advocacy efforts. An avid cyclist and all-around skilled problem solver, Alan brings practical know-how and a steady approach to trail maintenance and operations.

Bulls Bay Trail BossSORBA Jax is seeking a volunteer Trail Boss for Bulls Bay Preserve to help oversee the care, upkeep, and ongoing stewardship of the trail system. This role serves as a key point of contact for organizing trail maintenance, coordinating volunteer work days, and supporting communication with SORBA Jax leadership and land partners as needed.
The Trail Boss helps ensure the trails remain safe, sustainable, and enjoyable for the riding community by identifying maintenance needs, helping guide trail work priorities, and fostering local volunteer involvement.
